Example 1: Anna's foot length is 25.8cm. She should choose USA Size 10 (USA 10 = 25.6~26.0cm).
Example 2: Bella's foot length is 28.6cm. She should choose USA Size 14 (USA 14 = 28.6~29.0cm).
Example 3: Celia's foot length is 24.0cm exactly. She should choose USA Size 6.5 (USA 6.5 = 23.6~24.0cm).
